Pescad'home is a 42m² fisherman's cottage (holiday rental in the South of France, gîte, cottage, seasonal rental, etc.) ideally designed for 4 people. It is efficiently air-conditioned. The living room/kitchen opens onto a small patio. It includes two bright bedrooms of approximately 7m² each, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with a pull-out bed (2 x 80cm, 160cm), a bathroom with toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine. Pescad'home has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay . The windows are tilt-and-turn and equipped with electric roller shutters. You also have access to a 43" smart TV with Netflix , Canal+ Series, Arte, and a 4K decoder on a fiber optic network (over 200 TV channels). The TV is swivel-mounted, and the sofa is movable thanks to its casters. Outside you can enjoy a 6m² patio with tables, benches and chairs; this patio extends into a terrace corridor with a solar shower.Clotheslines and bicycle storage are provided. The house is comfortable and functional . Its advantages also include its close proximity to the sea and its fine sandy beach , shops, restaurants, the port, and its water sports activities.

Your hosts: Nature lovers and explorers, builders at heart, we poured all our energy into passionately renovating our fisherman's cottage: from designing the plans and carrying out the work to furnishing and decorating it. We named it Pescad'home: PESCAD in reference to the story of the fisherman who built it in 1929, HOME for house , but also DÔME in reference to the Puy de Dôme. where we live, and especially OM for the OM symbol of peace, tranquility, and unity, which reminds people to slow down and breathe.
