  The Sérignan Cave Cooperative, created in 1935 by Roger Audoux, brought together more than 160 cooperators from the communes of Sérignan, Sauvian, Valras, Vendres and Lespignan. Cultivating more than 1,000 hectares of vines, our winegrowers are committed to producing quality wine, full of sunshine and rich in our Mediterranean heritage with a production of more than 80,000 hectoliters of wine per year. Our know-how, supported by cutting-edge equipment, allows us to produce authentic and recognizable wines.
